Description: Waterfront habitat was mapped and given a Relative Habitat Value (RHV) to be used for Waterfront Habitat Balancing as waterfront parks are developed by the City of Kelowna. This layer represents the waterfront pre-development of City Park (in 2022) and Pandosy Waterfront Park (in 2023). A full report of methodology and final balancing results for City Park and Pandosy Waterfront Park is available upon request.This layer was combined with the Waterfront Tree Canopy layer to calculate the final RHV and the RHV or the area.
